The Rainy Autumn Day
The late Swedish artist (b. 1890) painted this oil on canvas, and it comes in the original, hefty frame. It is signed and indistinctly dated (our best guess is 1943.) It has crackling and beautiful patina that is consistent with age that only time can give.
