The frame is detailed with fine reeding and a delicate beaded inner edge... just enough ornament without feeling overly formal. Its aged gilding and subtle wear give it exactly the patina we look for in old French mirrors. Elegant, unfussy and incredibly easy to place; particularly good above a small chest, in a powder room, or tucked into an art-filled wall.
