Thank you so much and congratulations on your investment in a beautiful addition to your home and/or wardrobe! As we have just entered into a buyer and seller agreement, there are a few things to know. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors or users ("you," "your," or "yours") of our Website and of our webpages:

  • By using our website and/or ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

  • Shipping costs, final sale, import duty potential and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. The worn and/or custom nature of the pieces are what define their unique character and therefore cannot be considered defective.

  • The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order.

  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by THE BEAUX STORE INC. as responsible for the personal information.

  • THE BEAUX STORE INC. reserves the right to amend any information, including these terms and conditions, without prior notice. 

  • The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rests with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes or duties. 

  • After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Additionally, we are more than happy for other businesses and personal blogs to share our imagery pertaining to the goods sold here via social media accounts, as long as it is accompanied with a tag (@thebeauxstore). Thank you for being apart of our community!

RETURN POLICY

Due to the one-of-a-kind, custom and/or vintage nature of our items, all products are FINAL SALE. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We use many carriers for our goods, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, ParcelForce, Hermes, and more. It generally takes 4 days for delivery within the US and then 10 days for international.

GIFTCARD POLICY

  • A Beaux Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

  • This BEAUX GIFTCARD expires on the date outlined on the card and is only valid for a single use.

  • You may use a Beaux Gift Card to make purchases online via The Beaux Store website.

  • When using a Beaux Gift Card on The Beaux Store website, you will be required to give the code on the Beaux gift card at checkout.

  • Refunds will not be given for the purchase made with a Beaux Gift Card.

  • The Beaux Store reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

MISC. POLICY

We shoot all of our pieces in soft, natural light. The colours are not manipulated in post-production editing however the colours you see will vary slightly from monitor to monitor due to the nature of technology, so please keep that in mind. 

All branding, components and assets have been created originally for The Beaux Store INC. and are fully copyrighted and trademarked.
